Bellite

Bellite brings together my name, Annabelle, and Olite, the place where our journey began. It reflects the deep connection between people and place that defines everything we do. Through careful farming and thoughtful winemaking, we seek to craft wines that express the character of our vineyards, where terroir, history, and personality come together in every bottle.

La Pedrera

Pedrera is our historic vineyard, planted in 1941 and never irrigated. Surrounded by fig and almond trees, it is a place where time seems to move a little slower, and where old Garnacha vines have adapted to thrive in harmony with their environment.

The vineyard grows on calcareous soils mixed with red sand, a combination that brings elegance, energy, and remarkable finesse to the wines. During the winter months, planted cover crops blanket the vineyard, helping to protect and enrich the soil while encouraging biodiversity.

For us, Pedrera is a vineyard that speaks of heritage and resilience. It is a pure expression of old-vine Garnacha, shaped by its landscape and by more than eight decades of quiet coexistence with nature.

Pichona

Pichona is one of the most remarkable vineyards we work with. Nestled on clay-limestone soils, this unique site produces wines of depth and structure, balanced by the freshness and vibrant acidity contributed by the Garnacha Gris scattered throughout the vineyard.

Since 2021, the vineyard has not been tilled, allowing spontaneous cover crops to flourish naturally between the vines. By working closely with nature and encouraging biodiversity, we aim to preserve the health of the soil and express the true character of this exceptional place.

For us, Pichona is a vineyard of balance: power and elegance, structure and freshness, all coming together in a singular expression of Garnacha.

Garnacha Blanca

Our Garnacha Blanca is a reflection of our terroir's true essence, achieved through whole cluster fermentation and careful aging in Puncheons and concrete eggs. The daily battonage during maturation enhances the wine's complexity, resulting in a remarkable blend that captures the essence of our vineyards and winemaking philosophy.
